CRANKSHAFT- 4340 82mm Stroke Balanced in house.
RODS- 4130 I-Beam with 3/8" ARP 8740 bolts, Rod Bolt stretch setting to .0055"
CAMSHAFT- LBC1 Torquer Cam for our drivers, can change for more rpm power combos.
LIFTERS- Precision Ground and Heat Treated, Engle 28mm with EDM hole.
FLYWHEEL- Stock weight OG German 8Pin, 200mm for crankshaft sabuilty.
GLAND NUT- 36mm Chromoly 4130, Heavy Duty set at 500lbs.
MAIN BEARINGS- STD Mahle, polished.
ROD BEARINGS- STD Mahle, Sized, polished.
CAM BEARINGS- STD Mahle, Sized.
OIL PUMP- Schadek, 30mm Full-Flow, with Billet Full-Flow Cover (out port)
HEAD STUDS- Chromoly, 10mm 180,000psi, Overkill but that's a good thing!
PISTONS & CYLINDERS- Thick-Wall forged, 92mm
PUSHROD TUBES- USA LowBugget MAX-SEAL tubes.
HEADS- 40mm Intake x 35.5mm Exhaust S/S Valves, Single Hi-Rev Valve Springs, Chromoly Retainers, 3 Angle Valve Job, Chased CC Volume.
PUSHRODS- USA Made Manton 3/8" Diameter.
ROCKERS- LowBugGet PRO-Rockers chromoly 1.25:1 Ratio rockers with 3/4" large shafts.

2180cc with single throttle body makes around 110-125hp and 140-155tq. The Dual 40mm makes around 145-165hp and 140-160tq. These combos are built for torque, not a race combos at all. Great for VW Bus, Bug, Ghia, Thing. Built for longevity and massive low-end power. We can build you a diffrent style combo for more rpm power if you like. Please call for that.
