New Gas Tank with installed In-Tank Fuel Pump.

Unavailable for many years, This highly accurate reproduction of the original fuel tank for 1956-1960 Beetle and Karmann Ghia using SolidWorks CAD for a perfect fit and trouble-free installation. Constructed of stamped mild steel, TIG welded and finished in black, these tanks will deliver years of leak and fume-free operation. Just like the original, this is a "dipstick" tank, there is no provision for a fuel level sender.

Now available with In-Tank pump. We offer a low PSI for carburetor builds or up to 80 PSI for fuel injection and/or high hp turbo use. Compatible with E85. Will support up to 400hp gas or 300hp E85. Completely silent, makes no noise and runs cooler than frame mounted style fuel pumps. Eliminates vapor-lock problems common with frame mounted (in-line) fuel pumps.

Fuel filler cap not included, Compatible with 111-201-551C.

Will support up to 400hp boosted. 

Has AN -6 male inlet and outlet. They can be removed and replaced with other 6 AN Orb fittings.

1/4" hose vent. Vent fitting can be removed and expose the 1/8" NPT female threaded port. 

Pre Filter on bottom of pump should be replaced every 7-10 years or (50,000 miles)

Pump outlet fittings can be placed towards front , side, rear of tank. Please see options.

By-Pass fuel regulator is recommended.
