Primer Pump with FREE SHIPPING

About 20 years ago we built a primer pump at the shop. A simple design that would use a cordless drill. We use it on all the new engines going on the dyno, and if we are installing the engines in the cars, it helps us ensure no dry cranking and makes sure the oil filter, oil cooler, sump and most importantly the rods are packed with oil. When you use a primer pump the first thing you notice is no more cranking to build oil psi. Nope, now you go straight to start. Eliminating the risk of dry starting.

To use just submerge the "IN" side into a quart of oil and the "OUT" side goes to the normal oil pump outlet hose. This way you filter the new oil, fill the oil filter all way up, fill all lines and oil cooler then fill all oil passages in your new engine. SPIN SLOW.  Only takes about 15 seconds to completely drain a 1 quart container. Now go straight to start up. Instant oil pressure and no more pulling out coil wire or removing push rods. Hook it up, drill it, fill it, disconnect and crank it!

Once you tell your engine builder you're using a Primer Pump, Your engine builder will love you!

Comes with AN -8 male fitting for hookup to AN female oil lines, and also comes with a male 1/2" barb for use if you have rubber oil lines.
