Free: Disassemble and inspect heads. Check valve Guide Press and Bore, Check Valves, Valve Job and check for cracks.
$30 Wash, Blow Dry, Oil and Assemble pr.
$85 Wash, Blow Dry, set spring install for your cam and rocker use, Oil and Assemble (Spring shims extra) 

$60 Bore/Open for 90.5, 92 or 94mm
$85 Bore/Open for 90.5, 92 or 94mm and Fly-cut less than .100" Deep
$100 Bore/Open for 90.5, 92 or 94mm, Plunge cut more than .100" Deep
$60 Lap barrel seating surface all 4

$25 CC one chamber and stamp CC number in head.
$85 CC all 4 chambers and stamp CC numbers in each head.
$140 Bore + chase CC to get correct compression, stamp CC number in head.
$200 Remove top fin for high compression.

$35 Replace One Valve Guide .STD 000" to + .002" Install, broch, ream and top the new guide. (no valve job)
$200 Replace all 8 Valve Guides. STD .000" to + .002" Install, broch, ream and top the new guide. (no valve job)

$225 Top and Hand Port Off all 4 Exhaust Guides For Turbo Use.
$65 Cut for Dual Spring use. Top valve Guides and set up for +.08" thick spring washers. (will need our shims)
$105 Cut Inside Spring Boss and outside Spring Cup and Top Guide For K800 Style Springs.
$80 Replace 1x Spring Boss with Trick Boss (No Weld) New Valve Guide .000" to + .002" Broch, Ream and Top (no valve job)
$150 Replace Spring Boss Weld, Drill and Re-Ream To STD Valve Guide, Install               new  STD guide, Broch, Ream and Top, (No valve job.)

$140 Replace 1x Seat any size from 32 to 35mm re-do valve job on new seat only. $240 for all 4 of same size.

$300 Hand Shape all 4 Chambers, open chambers up to 60cc or less, Bore/flycut and CC one chamber.
$325 Hand Shape all 4 Chambers, open 65cc or more, for Low Compression combos, Bore fly-cut and CC one chamber.
$400 Comp-E or 910 Open with A.J.Sims Pro Mod turbo chamber to max CC (up-to 80cc) chambers for high HP Turbo combos. CC all 4 chambers and chase CC Volume.
