Each PRO-1.25 and PRO-1.40 kit Includes:
2x Complete rocker assemblies. Each rocker is forged chromoly for maximum strength. Each PRO rocker is then tumbled/debris repeatedly to remove any sharp edges. This eliminates any chance of cracks starting or rocker failures. Bronzed bushed rockers (not steel on steel like some others) a real Bronze Bushing. Each bushing has the correct oil hole to help lube the shaft. This also supports the oil "slinging" to lube all of the valve train inside head area.
2x Polished and also debris 3/4" rocker shafts (larger than stock).
8x Extra Rocker shims are included. This will allow you to shim-out the exhaust rockers for aftermarket style heads like Street-Eliminators, Super-Flow or Comp-Eliminator. If not you got some free shims!!
8x Hardened 8mm valve tip Lash-Caps. Designed to take all the abuse of your valvetrain and keep going!
4x Chromoly Rocker shaft studs that measure 3.6mm longer than stock. This allows you to shim "out" for longer pushrods or long valves to get correct geometry if needed.
4x Hardened Corrosion-Resistant 8mmx1.25 threaded rocker block nuts that take a 15mm socket. These get torqued to 18 lb-ft.
4x Hardened wavy-washers. Basically keeping the 15mm nuts from trying to work lose!!
Compatibility recommendations.
1.25:1 rockers are designed for camshafts that state they work with 1.1:1 rockers or 1.25:1, Example Engle W100, W110, W120, W125 and W130 are compatible and the TCS turbo camshafts TCS10, TCS20 and TCS30 grinds. Please check your camshafts manufacture recommendations for compatibility.
1.25 or 1.40 Are "Not'" Compatible with Engle's VZ line of camshafts. The VZ line is for 1.1:1 ratio only.
1.40:1 rockers are designed for camshafts like FK7, FK42, FK8, FK44, FK87, FK45 and more. Please check your camshafts manufacture recommendations for compatibility.
I do not recommend using with stock camshafts unless aftermarket cam gear, springs and pushrods are also upgraded.
