SPOT FACE CASE
Spot Face all 18 case 13mm washers to use .100" thick 8mm head washers.

Bore for 88, 90, 90.5, 92 and 94mm................$135.00
We will not bore Mag case with 10mm head studs with 14mm inserts for 94mm. Just have us cut the barrels for slip-in.

Cut Case for Sand Seal..................................$105.00 We need your pulley and seal.

Supply our new .100" thick 30% more surface, 6 main stud washers $10 a set of 6.
Straight-Shot, machine and tap case for main galley 3/8"npt. Includes -8 male fitting $135
Other Engine labor
CRANKSHAFT
Press on the cam gear and assemble nose of crank. Prep #2 bearing, cam gear, brass timing gear,racer spacer, clip and slinger install .............$200
Set main bearing thrust end play with the flywheel for you. Torque to 500lbs. Includes shims, must use quality gland nut. Labor + shims $225 If machine of flywheel for more end play is needed add $85
BALANCING ROTATING ASSEMBLY
Balance crank only. (must be disassembled) $105
If not disassembled add $85
Balance crank and flywheel bolted together $185 We need your gland nut.
Balance crank, flywheel, pressure plate and pulley. $235 we need your gland nut, pulley bolt.
Balance crank, flywheel, pressure plate, pulley and match weight 4x rods and match weight the 4x pistons. $345
RODS
Set and check rod bolt stretch $150 we need your torque wrench.
Balance 4x rods $100 big end, little end.
Flywheel
Deck thrust for more end-play $85
Pistons
Balance 4x pistons $105
Barrels
Custom machine bottom of the barrel. Remove from 0.001" to .200" To get the correct deck height! $200
Cut more that .200" off barrel. $300
True-Up barrels. (hone) Machine 4x barrels, Cross-Hatch.......$225
Re-size 4x barrels for use with aftermarket pistons like Wiseco, Icon exc and True-up....$350

*Parts and Labor to Carbon-Seal change T3,T3/T4 or T4 (small shaft) over to draw through use $325
*Parts and Labor to change T3,T3/T4 or T4 (large shaft) over to draw through use $405
*Does not include re-balance if needed of your turbo.
