SVDA = Single Vacuum Dual Advance. Meaning: Has 1x vacuum direction canister in this case used to add timing (not retard timing). The "Dual" refers to the canister and the mechanical both having a separate "Advance" in timing. No Retard is built-in.
Match this to our single 30mm stock carb or our dual Kadron style carb kits for best performance.

Yes we start with an Empi distributor! We picked this Empi distributor because we are going test each and every one first and make changes to the curve. Using our Distributor Test Machine (DTM), we will change and check: advance RPM point, How stable the idle timing is, how fast and smooth is the the advance, What is the total advance, Is the 4x ignition points 90 degrees of each other. Now let's say you get this Empi distributor from a different shop or supplier and it's offered at a lower price, i can guarantee they did not do what we do with each unit.
The other reason we selected Empi for our distributor is availability. Its very common nowadays for parts to be replaced or changed out from retailers to fill an order but Empi owns and manufactures its own line of distributors. Because of this dedication we know we can offer the same quality curved distributor for many years!
This stock style distributor achieves a smooth advance curve and comes complete with Cap, Rotor, Points, Condenser and O-Ring.
