Ceramic Coated, Welded Race Fans.
Why Ceramic Coating? Besides the look, and protection from rust, the main reason is heat. Your fan retains a lot of radiating heat. Verry comin for your fan to reach over 150 degrees. This unwanted extra heat will transfer and preheat the air going past the blades. This unwanted preheated air is forced over your cylinders heads, and through your Dog-House cooler. Now I'm not saying 150 degree heat, but unwanted heat is being added. The LowBugget Ceramic Coated fans help eliminate unwanted heat.
All LowBugget Ceramic Fans start off getting hand Fusion welded. This type of welding proses won't add extra welding rod, this means we don't add any extra weight to the fan! Yes the stock weight is retained but the strength is improved for extreme RPM long-term use.
Over 100 welds and on both sides. (we don't skip over any tabs like some other so-called welded fans) no we weld every single blade 4x times! (4 welds x 28 blades = 112 welds)
Each fan measures stock 36.9mm ,none doghouse 61-70 is only 30.70mm.
Will fit in aftermarket none dog-house shrouds.
Recommended when using our Speed-Pulley.
